1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ck00 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all related services. By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, you ("User" or "Player") are considered to have legally agreed to these Terms.

ck00 is an online gaming and betting platform designed for Bangladeshi players. The platform operates using SSL encryption and adheres to fair play principles. These Terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an inseparable part of these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To use the ck00 platform, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of this site by minors is strictly prohibited. ck00 may request a copy of a government-issued ID at any time to verify your age.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Date of birth
• Active mobile number
• A valid email address
• Preferred payment method details

Providing false or incomplete information will result in immediate account closure, and all funds in the account may be forfeited.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each player may operate only one account. ck00 reserves the right to verify cases where the same person or multiple members of the same household attempt to create separate accounts from the same IP address or device. If multiple accounts are found, they will be closed and all promotional benefits will be cancelled.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Granting anyone else access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify ck00 support immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, ck00 may verify your identity. This process may involve requesting a photo of your national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC in a timely manner may delay your withdrawal.

3.3 Account Closure and Suspension

ck00 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Misuse of the platform's technical systems
• Misconduct towards other players

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck00 currently supports the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, processing times may vary if an account verification process is ongoing.

4.4 Currency and Exchange Rate

All transactions on ck00 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No facility for transactions in foreign currencies is currently available.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible to receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After claiming the welcome bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on the promotions page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless ck00 explicitly permits it.
• If bonus terms are not met, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• ck00 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse ("bonus hunting") is proven, the account will be closed.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Providers

ck00 offers games from multiple international gaming providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own provider's rules.

6.2 Gaming Errors and Technical Issues

If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, ck00 reserves the right to reclaim that amount. Game server logs will be considered as final evidence. If a game ends automatically due to an internet disconnection, it will be deemed completed according to server records.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

You are advised to read the specific rules for each event before placing a bet in the sports betting section. In the event of a dispute over the outcome of an event, the official announcement of the relevant sports authority will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck00 platform:

• Any fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive activity
• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors
• Colluding with other players when betting (collusion)
• Using the platform to launder money from criminal sources
• Threatening or harassing other players or staff
• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Disrupting ck00's services or carrying out cyberattacks

8 Responsible Gaming

ck00 believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a cause of addiction or financial hardship. We place responsible gaming as our highest priority.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Any player may request to temporarily or permanently close their account. To use this feature, please contact ck00 support.

8.2 Setting Spending Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it will take effect immediately.

9 Intellectual Property

The ck00 website and all its content — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, source code, and databases — are intellectual property owned by ck00. Limited permission is granted to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.

No part of the site may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the written consent of ck00. ck00 reserves the right to take legal action in the event of any violation.

10 Limitation of Liability

ck00 is not liable for:

• Gaming sessions disrupted due to internet disconnection or technical errors
• Losses resulting from delays or failures by third-party payment services
• Losses resulting from a player's own negligence or breach of account security
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, internet infrastructure failures, etc.)

Under applicable law, ck00's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the principal amount of the transaction in question.

11 Dispute Resolution

11.1 How to Submit a Complaint

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact ck00's support team first. The support team is available 24/7 via live chat or email. When submitting a complaint, please provide your account ID, a description of the incident, and any relevant screenshots.

11.2 Review Timeline

Each complaint will be reviewed in the order it is received. Complex matters may require additional investigation, and the player will be kept updated throughout.

11.3 Final Decision

Server logs and game history will be treated as final evidence in all gaming-related disputes. ck00's decision is considered final and binding unless determined otherwise through a legal process.

12 Changes to Terms

ck00 reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email address and published on the site.
